Submission Guidelines
Clinical Reports: 4–8 pages · Research Papers: 6–12 pages · Structured abstract required · Ethical approval documentation required where applicable.
All submissions undergo blind peer review by the Scientific Committee.
Important Dates
Abstract submission is open now — early submissions receive priority review and scheduling. Authors are notified within 4–6 weeks of submission. Camera-ready manuscripts are due 4 weeks before congress. Full paper submission deadlines and congress dates are published on the Apex Event Calendar.

Accepted papers are published in the official congress proceedings (ISBN/ISSN indexed) in medical databases. Selected research is considered for journal publication.
