The basics.

When and where is the Auckland Edition 2026?
January 30 – February 2, 2027 (Saturday through Tuesday) in Auckland, New Zealand. The full venue address is shared with you on booking confirmation.
What's included across the 4 days?
Sat–Sun: public Vitality Festival (9 AM–8 PM) with fashion shows, beauty hacks live, biohacking demos, plus the Apex Awards ceremony Saturday 17:00 and the Star Stage Talents Festival Saturday 19:00–23:00. Mon: Medical Longevity Congress (conference day). Tue: Company B2B & Jobs/Careers Afternoon.
Who is this event for?
Two audiences. Weekend: public visitors interested in wellness, longevity, beauty and biohacking. Weekday: professionals — physicians, researchers, biotech founders, pharma executives, investors and corporate partners.
Is the event in English or German?
All main programming is conducted in English. Some weekend masterclasses and exhibitor demos are bilingual. The website offers Google Translate in the top-right corner if you'd like to read it in your language.
How many people are expected to attend?
10,000+ visitors expected across the four days. Saturday is the largest day (festival), Sunday is family day, Monday–Tuesday are smaller B2B trade days.
Who organises the event?
Apex Master Expos Worldwide Series in partnership with Alpha Academy Association — the Auckland Edition is part of a global series active across 80+ countries.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All entries are booked through Apex Ticket World — there are no walk-in tickets at the door. Early booking unlocks better-priced tiers.
Are tickets transferable?
Tickets are non-transferable by default. Transfers may be approved on request, subject to review. Refund terms apply per booking confirmation — see policy on Apex Ticket World.
What's the difference between Visitor Congress and Congress Professional?
Visitor Congress + Expo (NZ$1,069): access to all 4 days including weekday congress sessions as audience member. Congress Professional (NZ$2,149): same access plus speaker meet-and-greet, VIP lounge, networking dinners, on-demand recordings.
Are group / delegation rates available?
Yes. Academic delegations from NZ$1,899/person, Business delegations from NZ$3,449/person, Executive delegations from NZ$5,399/person. Custom packages for organisations bringing 10+ people — contact the team via the form below.
Can I pay in installments?
For tickets up to NZ$2,149, single payment via Apex Ticket World. For delegation packages over NZ$9,049 and exhibitor bookings, two-installment plans are available — discuss with the team via contact form.

What are the opening hours?
Sat–Sun: 09:00 – 20:00 (extended Saturday night to 23:00 for the Star Stage Talents Festival). Mon–Tue: 09:00 – 18:00. Last entry one hour before close each day.
What time do the shows start?
Main stage runs 11:00 to 18:00 daily. Beauty Hacks Live at 11:00, Biohacking Product Shows at 13:00, Fashion Runway at 15:00, Apex Awards at 17:00 (Sat only), Star Stage Talents Festival 19:00–23:00 (Sat only).
How many exhibitor sectors are there?

Is the event family-friendly?
Sunday is Family Day with designated programming for children. The rest of the weekend is generally 18+. Masterclasses, biohacking demos and VIP areas remain adults-only throughout.
Can I buy products on the show floor?
Yes. Many exhibitors offer on-site retail, sampling and early-access drops. Apex Pay and standard payment methods are accepted.
What's the dress code?
Smart casual for the weekend festival. Business attire for Mon–Tue congress days. Festival-evening looks welcome for the Saturday Star Stage Talents Festival.

Who is the congress designed for?
Physicians, researchers, biotech founders, pharma executives, MedTech leaders, healthcare policy experts and investors active in clinical medicine, longevity science and health innovation.
Is this a medical congress or a business conference?
Both. Monday is the Medical Longevity Congress (conference style with keynotes, scientific panels, speaker pitches). Tuesday is the Industry & Business day (company introductions, B2B roundtables, Jobs & Careers afternoon).
Which medical disciplines are covered?
Eight tracks — Clinical Medicine · Surgery · Biotechnology · Public Health · Regenerative Medicine · Neuroscience · Mental Clarity · Holistic Health. Cross-disciplinary sessions on AI in healthcare, precision medicine and longevity science.
Can I submit a research paper or abstract?
Yes. The Apex Medical & Health Sciences Congress accepts original research, clinical case studies, review articles and poster presentations. Submissions reviewed by the Apex Scientific Committee. Best paper and best poster awards on Tuesday.
How do I apply to speak?
Submit your profile and topic proposal via the contact form below (select "Speaker Application" as enquiry type). The Scientific Committee reviews applications on a rolling basis until 8 weeks before the event.
Is CME or clinical accreditation provided?
CME/CPD accreditation is being pursued through Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP MyCPD). Confirmation expected 8 weeks before the event.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Congress Professional pass holders receive on-demand access to all session recordings for 12 months after the event. Lower tiers receive selected key sessions.

How are exhibitors selected?
Apex is a curated platform — exhibitors are reviewed for credibility, relevance and long-term partnership potential. Not all applications are accepted. Apply via the contact form to start the conversation.
What's included in a booth package?
All standard packages include floor space, booth construction, lighting, signage, exhibitor passes, lead-capture access, name in the directory and online listing. Sponsorships add stage time, branding rights and curated meetings.
Are exhibitors invited to the Star Stage festival?
Yes — Standard Booth and above include complimentary VIP access to the Saturday Star Stage Talents Festival for lead pass holders.
When is the deadline to book a booth?
Founder offer pricing closes 90 days before the event or once the founder slots are filled (whichever comes first). Standard bookings close 30 days before the event.
Travel & Venue

Getting there.

Where exactly is the venue?
Central Auckland. The full venue address is shared with confirmed ticket holders 4 weeks before the event. The venue is selected for proximity to public transport and major hotels.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is centrally located in Auckland with strong AT Train, AT Metro bus and ferry connections. Auckland Airport (AKL) is about 40 minutes from Britomart by the SkyDrive or AirportLink bus, or 30 minutes by rideshare. Britomart Transport Centre is the downtown hub for the Auckland Train network, frequent buses and the ferry terminal across the Waitematā Harbour.
Is parking available?
Limited paid parking is available at the venue. Public transport is strongly recommended — downtown Auckland has excellent public transit and rideshare coverage and parking near the venue is expensive.
Are hotels recommended?
A list of partner hotels with preferential rates is shared with registered attendees 8 weeks before the event. The venue's central location means most luxury and business hotels are within 10–15 minutes by transit.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is step-free with wheelchair access, accessible bathrooms, quiet zones, on-site assistance and a dedicated accessibility help desk available all four days.
Is there a cloakroom and food onsite?
Yes — complimentary coat and bag check at the main entrance. A curated nutrition court runs alongside the show floor with regenerative cuisine, functional food and clean-label brands. Outside food is not permitted.
Do you need a visa to attend?
Visitors from the EU, US, UK, Canada, Australia and many other countries don't need a visa for Schengen-area stays under 90 days. For visa support letters (academic, business or delegation visa applications), contact the team via the form below.
