Booths are assigned on a first-confirmed, first-served basis once the 50% deposit is received. Each booth includes full setup, standard power, Wi-Fi, daily cleaning, and free MultiPass tickets.
Deposit (50%) due with first confirmation invoice. Balance (50%) due four weeks before the event opening. All payments processed securely via PayPal.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the booth confirmation invoice has been issued. Cancellations may receive credit toward another Apex Expo within 12-24 months.
