Koa Capital Partners is a Hawaii-based private equity investment firm founded in 2014 by two of Hawaii's most successful entrepreneurs, Chris Eldridge and Dustin Sellers. Headquartered in Honolulu, the firm focuses on acquiring, operating, and growing local businesses across the Hawaiian Islands, providing full and partial liquidity to entrepreneurs, family members, estates, and corporate owners.

The individuals who run Koa's portfolio companies are either industry standouts, returning Kama'aina looking for a foothold, or island entrepreneurs ready for the next level of business management.

Koa Capital Partners founded and manages XLR8®, a series of community-focused accelerator and incubator programs. XLR8UH® is an award-winning venture accelerator investing in University of Hawaii entrepreneurs and technologies — ranked by Forbes as one of the top 30 accelerators in the nation. XLR8HI® serves as Hawaii's Entrepreneurship Center, and XLR8YOUTH™ is a first-of-its-kind innovation intensive for youth. In 2024, Koa Capital Partners acquired Acasia Group, expanding its global reach into the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.
