Founded in 2014 by Jurgen Ingels, the firm provides replacement and expansion capital with investments ranging from €0.5 million to €25 million. In January 2025, Smartfin closed its third growth fund at €250 million, backed by the European Investment Fund.

Smartfin combines financial, operational, and entrepreneurial experience to support portfolio companies in their growth ambitions, empowering them to achieve international leadership by accelerating scaling and monetization.
